Chef ReneeJoin Chef Renee to explore the how and why of science in food with a demonstration and tasting of the different ways of using science to 'change' the look, feel, texture, color and make up of selected vegetables, fruit and rice.  What happens when heat is applied?  How does heat affect foods' nutritional value?  Discuss raw vs. cooked.  Chef Renee enjoys sharing her fresh approach to cooking with healthy ingredients and humor!  Registration is required, online or by calling 860-243-9721.  Seating is limited.
