This is a program for middle school girls, in 6th-8th grade, to discuss self acceptance, body image and respect.  Participants will learn from Shakia about building up self esteem of ladies of all ages instead of tearing them down.  You can learn more about this program at the creator's website www.bareboldbeautiful.com.
