Are you beset by images of your past, childhood friends, old neighborhoods, long-forgotten incidents?  When the past haunts the present, it is nudging us to do something: to capture moments in time that need rescuing; that need to be put down in words.  It's time to writer your memoir!
If that sounds too monumental to attempt alone, then join this memoir writing workshop.  This four-part series is designed to teach participants some of the critical skills needed to construct a personal narrative.  Working in a supportive setting with useful feedback from peers and the instructor will help get those literary juices flowing.  Debra Robbins, professional writer and college professor, will lead the workshops.  The workshop will meet Mondays, February 22 & 29, and March 7 & 14, 6:00 - 7:30 PM.
All you need is a pen, a notebook, and your memories.
Register early, limited to 20 writers.
