Composer Matthew Nunes will visit today's program to speak about his compositions. 
Matthew Nunes (b. 1991) is a composer, euphonium player, arranger, and educator from Florida. He studied composition with Christopher Marshall at the University of Central Florida, earning his degree in 2014. Matthew has earned accolades for both his performing and composing – winning the Concerto and Composition Competitions at UCF in back to back years. He has written for a wide variety of mediums while looking to fill some gaps in the repertoire.

The second composer to be heard today is Lorenzo Palomo.  His recordings will be played.  Palomo is a Spanish composer living in Berlin. 
Russ Salk will bring his collection of recordings by contemporary composers for your listening pleasure. Enjoy musical excerpts and learn a bit about selected contemporary composers. Registration is appreciated.
