Ayurveda gives timeless knowledge of how to optimize health and longevity. It is the original owner’s manual for the human body. It explains our individual differences and how to harmonize with them to maintain balance, improve vitality and resist disease through choices of diet and lifestyle. Learn how bedtime affects your physiology, why it is unhealthy to skip lunch and ways to promote your own health.

July 7: Overview of Ayurveda, a comprehensive framework for understanding human physiology, individual differences, the causes of disease and what it means to be truly healthy.

July 14: We are What and How We Eat, the digestive process and how optimal diet should vary according to individual differences and the seasons.

July 21: Ideal Daily Routine, and how to manage personal change.

July 28: Self-Care for Common Problems, highlighting the common cold, digestive problems, allergies, constipation, menopause.
