In recognition of the 100th anniversary of women's suffrage, the Bloomfield Public Library and the League of Women Voters of Greater Hartford (LWVGH) offer today's workshop to prepare for the National League of Women Voters' DAY OF ACTION on February 14, 2020.
Introductory remarks will be given by Bloomfield Mayor, Suzette DeBeatham-Brown.
Participants will learn about the history of the League of Women Voters, the online resources available for voter activism, and discuss actions to take on February 14, the National LWV DAY OF ACTION.
Today's workshop is FREE and open to all. The LWV is open to all, regardless of gender.
