Participants will learn some tips to help them take better photographs of their gardens and perhaps be surprised at how this will help improve their gardens. Master gardener Lea Anne Moran has tended the gardens at Hill-Stead Museum since 2008, first as a volunteer and then as the Garden Manager, and is always looking for photo opportunities there, and in many of the other beautiful gardens throughout the state and beyond. She has had photographs published in the Simsbury Bank calendar and has shown her work locally. Her photos have been published various newsletters and websites (for Simsbury Garden Club, CT Horticultural Society) and on the Hill-Stead website. Currently, she is working on a blog that tells others about interesting places to photograph in CT (photographct.com).
