Adapted from Craig Silvey's acclaimed novel, Jasper Jones tells the story of Charlie Bucktin, a fourteen year old boy living in a small Australian town.  One night during the summer of 1969, he is startled when local outcast Jasper Jones appears outside his window desperate for help.  Entrusted with a dangerous secret, Charlie learns what it means to be courageous when he joins Jasper on a treacherous journey to solve a chilling mystery.
