Prosser Public Library
Community Room

Event Details

The sandwich generation is not a new phenomenon.  As adult children  take on care giving responsibilities for their parents, they begin to manage their loved one's finances, living situations, health issues, medical decisions and other daily activities. This presentation will discuss the impact on the physical and emotional health of care givers and offer community resources to prepare for for the care giving journey.

Presented by Amina Weiland, CDP, CDCP, resource coordinator at Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging, a not for profit member of Hartford HealthCare Senior Services.

Tonight's refreshments are courtesy of Farmington Bank in Bloomfield. This program is free and open to the public.

Please register by calling 860-243-9721 or online at www.prosserlibrary.info
