Yoga has been around for thousands of years. It has gained a lot of attention lately because it is an enjoyable and easy way for kids to feel
healthy and happy. Help your child to gain strength, confidence and balance, all while having fun.
Kids will have fun practicing age appropriate yoga poses and breath work.
Music, creative props, and stories will be utilized during class. Social skills and self expression will be explored with partner poses and yoga games. Mindfulness techniques will help them feel calm and at peace with themselves and others.
